PROFILE OF CONSULTANTS
Affonso H. Carvalhaes
Consultant graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Production, MBA in Management with more than 20 years working in continuous improvement of Metalgraphic processes, from prepress to qualitative control of printed on metallic sheets. I also have training as a Professional & Personal Coach and Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing - Six Sigma.
Martinho Sengia
Consultant with training in Mathematics, MBA in International Business Management with specialization in Organizational Psychology. Acting with management of work teams in the last 20 years with wide experience in developing methodologies of performance evaluation and management of competences with focus on meritocracy.
Colin Johson
International consultant with training at British University of Offset Printing.
Deep operational experience in equipment Crabtree of Gateshead, KBA, Mailander, etc ... where he acted as printer demonstrator of the factories.
Acting as manager of the metalgraphic process in several companies in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
